I used to plug holes by hand when cleaning glassware which can be messy and difficult depending on the item. These end caps are easy to use, designed to fit a wide range of sizes, and allow for hassle-free cleaning. Isoalcohol + salt works wonders, but of course there are also overpriced mixtures that can be used to clean. Pour in the cleaning mixture of your choice, plug in and shake. The reason for the 5 stars is because it works exactly as you would expect and I can't think of any cons.
