The hard drive I received didn't work either.
The resulting disk didn't work on any of my computers, one with Windows 10, the other with Windows Vista. None of the computers could access this drive. No documentation was provided and all I could find on the company website was for an older model. On the plus side, the company was very cooperative in resolving the return for a refund.
