Change after about a month of use: I love that all the heat from my dryer is now heating my house! Some of the lint ends up in your laundry room. :( Some will be trapped by the water you pour into the bottom of the white cylinder, others will be blown out. My solution was to wrap the unit in a mesh drying bag (see laundry. With each load, just twist the bag that way that the lint in front of the outlet holes is larger, does not line up with the holes and clogs them.If there is too much lint in the bag (after a series of loads), remove it and clean it of lint.Also add more water I also spray Lysol into the water for two seconds to prevent mold or mildew from developing in it.My only other pause in recommendation is something I left out when ordering.Sometime in late spring I'll have to put the hose back on of the vent as I don't want warm air coming into the house in the summer!Some kind of toggle switch/switch that can do this 2021 update: Use it after many years still ren in the cold months of the year .Very happy this.
