Cheap scrap - jewelry

The stone fell out before I even gave it to my wife. She took it out of the box the same day I gave it to her and immediately saw the stone was missing. Stay away from this cheap junk that completely ruined my anniversary. I bought it two months in advance and they still haven't responded to my message asking for a replacement or refund.
