They fit just as well as the stock pads and on my Jeep it's pretty easy. I have slightly larger and heavier tires than the stock tires and the total weight is higher than the stock tires. For this reason I naturally decided to replace the brake pads. Especially when they were new I felt an increase in stopping power compared to the original pads. It seems less pronounced now, but maybe I'm used to it. I also noticed that they are louder than the originals. and I think they probably wear out the stock rotors more. I'm not too concerned about that. I prefer to wear out the rotors than deal with longer braking distances. I haven't decided yet if I'll replace them with similar ones when the time comes, or upgrade to a "Big Brake Kit" instead. But they were worth the minimal extra cost as I had to replace the pads anyway. I even put them on my wife's minivan. They're less noisy, but they don't work as hard either.
