Review on TERA PUMP TRFA01-XL Racing Fuel Transfer Pump with Multiple Gas Can Fittings, Racing Fuel Cell Jugs Adapter, Advanced Auto-Stop, and Flexible In/Out Take Hose - High Flow Rate of 2.4GPM by Alex Jones

I use this pump primarily to fuel my motorcycle at home on my commute, so I don't have to do weekday trips to the gas station with limited hours. I didn't measure this time, but dumping a full 5 gallon can into my van took much more than 1 minute and 40 seconds at the advertised flow rate of 3 GPM with fresh Duracel batteries. I have a feeling this is either an outright lie or a gross typo as it's a lot closer to 1 gallon in 1.5-2 minutes. The auto stop feature is great for motorcycle fuel tanks. I wish the outlet hose was a little longer, a 5ft hose would be better. I paid about $68 for it when the price went from $5 to $73. I find it too expensive for what it is. $50 seems like a more realistic price for this simple device, especially when it doesn't perform as advertised and I doubt the durability of the materials. The time will show. Overall I'm very happy with this pump, but it's not perfect.
