I had to replace my alternator at the last minute before a trip. There wasn't much money in the budget so I went for the cheapest option. It turned out to be a $70 Revain special. Received the generator incredibly quickly, installed it in 20 minutes and drove a truck the 3,400 miles from Colorado to Banff/Yoho National Parks and back. I'm still working hard and I couldn't be happier. The only thing is to blame for not buying from my local dealership as I'm sure Amazon ruins all small businesses. If you can live with that, you can live with this generator.
