Great plugin that made my life easier and more stress free
I like how easy it was for me (a beginner) with this software; however there are some things i don't quite understand about what certain functions do or does not work well at times but overall its pretty user friendly! The best thing so far has been being able automate emails as much possible, especially when getting leads through cold calls/cold emailing which can be very time consuming if done manually each day or week. It's also nice because our team doesn’t have any tech support issues anymore since we use to deal mainly just using excel sheets etc..
Pros
- This is actually easier than expected..the more you learn your way around everything becomes clearer once mastered!!! Very helpful in doing anything related from lead tracking all throughout their life cycle until completed by sales reps!! Superb customer service too :) Always willing help out no matter whatever situation comes up very responsive & attentive even after hours sometimes
