Dynamic Action is really helpful for marketing automation and email broadcasting

The best part about this tool was its integration with SAP CRM, which helped us get complete information of all our customers in one place so we can send out mass emails to them more effectively! It's not an easy product or platform that requires training from start till end; it has very complex UI/UX design compared other similar tools available online today like Pardot etc., We need some hands-on time along side expert help at initial stage while implementing as well during day2 operationalization stage (at least 2 weeks) before any significant results are seen by users - otherwise implementation will be delayed due to many reasons including user learning curve! I am using dynamic action mainly because i wanted my team members who have no technical background but great analytical skills should use DA too instead going through excel sheets manually every month when doing weekly reporting / reconciliation to make sure nothing gets missed!!

Pros
  • Great automation capability across almost everything you do within Salesforce org for lead management &amp sales process tracking..all done automatically without human intervention ! So if your data structure is accurate then there won't ever anything missing.and also helps reduce work hours tremendously especially those busy account managers working their own accounts directly via SFDC interface itself!!! Very effective solution even though quite expensive considering features provided..if pricing could come down
