Update 2019: The manufacturer of this bag is totally committed to design. Apparently some people had issues with velcro straps staying attached under the seat. The manufacturer of this bag sent me a new design almost two years after I bought it. That tells me how proud they are of their product. So I am updating this review with this new design which I feel is much more secure on the bottom of the seat than the previous one. I'm also increasing my rating from 4 to 5 stars for this new design and the amazing customer service from this company! The bag now has plastic clip buckles that attach it to the underside of the bike seat. They are similar to those you find on backpacks and dog collars. It's much safer than velcro. There's also a velcro strap that attaches it to the seatpost, but that has always been very secure for me as it completely wraps around the post. The new design still has the same amount of storage that easily fits my iPhoneX and keys, and leaves room for a power strip or other small things you might need to protect yourself on the go. I am also posting pictures so you can see the new design. The seat cover is still there and so nice to have it tucked away in its own little bag. 2017 in review: This was almost perfect for what I was looking for. I will say that we recently received our bikes and by no means long distance riders just so you have context for our use. It easily fits my iPhone 7 Plus, car keys and ID and still has room. I think the seat pad is a nice feature, but luckily I didn't have to use it on the ride. I would recommend finding a red light or reflector to attach to a silver reflective strip. At the moment I have my stock bike reflector installed but I will soon find one that fits. Velcro straps around the upright seat post and under saddle fasteners. I am very happy with this purchase and it has been a nice addition to my bike.
