I received this cuff the same day and was thoroughly impressed with the quality, especially for the price I paid. I had ordered it and a dual tube stethoscope because my old automatic cuff had become wildly inaccurate. When using this new cuff my BP readings came much closer to being in the controlled range. When I was using the automatic cuff they were out of range most of the time. I had a Doctor appointment the next day and took my new manual cuff in to see if it was close to the Doctors office calibrated cuff. I was extremely pleased to see that the diastolic reading was exactly the same as the Doctor's reading. The systolic readings agreed within 1 mm/hg. The cuff goes on my arm easily and the velcro holds it firmly in position. When pumped up to 200mm/hg it is comfortable around my arm and does not pinch me like the one it is replacing. The Doctor adjusted my BP medications and my BP is back to normal. I am fully confident that I am getting correct readings now which enables me to participate in maintaining my health by having normal blood pressure.
