I love unique watches and timepieces. I needed a new one for the bathroom (because let's face it ladies, it's easy to lose track of time there) so I decided to give this one a try. I know, I know, this is my bathroom, why buy something like this that no one sees instead of a cheap Walmart digital clock? BECAUSE I WILL SEE IT! And if I really like it, I'll probably get another one for my desktop. One of the reasons I bought it specifically for the bathroom is that it draws attention every minute and it's what I NEED in the bathroom when I'm getting ready. I need a reminder to hurry! So here are my likes and dislikes: SIZE: I think this is a big watch. The numbers are clearly visible throughout the room, but they're not too big. STYLE: I love the retro look and functionality of this watch. It's definitely unique and would make a great talking point! Really very funny to watch haha! The watch case is metal not cheap plastic, the numbers are plastic but not flimsy at all. It looks pretty sexy for a retro chic watch. QUIET: Unlike many clocks, these are virtually silent. The second hand doesn't tick. If it does tip over, it's barely audible in a completely quiet room. Watch my video to see the minutes and hours change simultaneously to get an idea. ACCURACY: So far the time has been very accurate since I set it a few days ago. SIMPLE: It couldn't be easier to set up and use. Just insert a D battery (not included), spin the wheel until you get the right time and you're done! What I don't like: FINGERPRINTS: The case of this watch is a MAGNET for fingerprints! Once you set it up, it probably won't be much of a problem, but be aware that even if you handbrush it, you'll have to wipe it down. UNEVEN: This isn't a violation of the terms, but mine does sit a little unevenly on the countertop. The upper arm is not completely level. I don't think it will affect the watch at all, but still. Delicate: If you have children (or a cat) who would be tempted to play with this, I would caution against it. It has very delicate parts that you never touch! See my picture for instructions. First of all I have to say that I'm a fan! I love this unique and cute watch and may buy another one if it continues to work well. Also makes a great gift! I highly recommend! I did NOT get it for free or with a discount. I paid full price.
