Review on Victorinox Swiss Classic 4 Piece Utility by Amy Johnson

NOT SPICY, IT IS NECESSARY TO KEEP THE BREAD. FAKE REVIEWS HERE

It was strange at first that they came with no packaging, just bubble wrap and thin foil on each one, which is extremely unsafe and a major liability for the company if someone cuts themselves. For this reason I wanted to send them back. This is very unprofessional and tasteless for a supposedly reputable brand, it looks like a fake. The thin film was tedious to peel off and was torn in half, which could result in the rest having to be cut through. At first they were a bit spicy. I slice onions and bread once with ease, but after just a month of mixed use, chopping almost nothing hard and only using a few times, they no longer slip. I had to cut the bun. A sharp utility knife should slide over it and cut through it like butter. I assume those reviewers praising them only owned cheap, boring steak knife sets. My roommate cut himself washing first, but that was because they accidentally grabbed him, which is even more common with dull knives. I was looking for a utility knife similar to the ones I used at my old job in the kitchen. They had a similar rounded top and serrations, but they glided across the bread with light pressure without cutting through. They dull in comparison after light use and the blades become thinner and thinner. I've cut myself badly a few times just touching them with my utility knives, but they no longer have a sharp edge. If I had known the brand I would have ordered it. Even my work knives were wearing out and I had to order new ones but it was daily abuse and these Victorinox were used lightly, like under 20x. Even then they were not sharp. They didn't even slip through the fish fillet, I had to saw through fresh boneless salmon. That's pretty poor quality if the blade isn't sharp enough to cut through soft fish under pressure. A good utility knife does not need to be sawn to cut. My way to a sharp utility knife continues.
