OK FYI this is the same model as the Launch USA devices. Same software, same function, no fake. The good news is that depending on the make and model of the car, it performs most or some of the claimed functions. It was updated with an older Win7 computer. Not complicated and free updates forever. I'm not sure if the update helped. Chrysler/Dodge will no longer boot except for basic OBDII scan functions. This is an old scanner platform (at least 5-7 years old) so it loads a little slowly. No vehicle was automatically detected. But so far everything worked with manual input. However, the specific PID information available can be very good or limited depending on year, make and model. The display and text are very small and the graphics are less useful than on my 7 year old. old base Autel. If you can buy this device in a flash sale, you might be fine. But if you don't urgently need the functions of an automatic transmission, ABS, SRS, I would take a closer look. You can probably find a newer scanner for the same or a little more. This unit doesn't offer two-way capabilities (not even simple throttle overlearning). The perceived or actual throttle position is normally available, but no desired throttle position reading has been taken. No one-size-fits-all scan tool fits every brand or problem, even the high-end devices. (Euro cars are more difficult and I haven't used that for Euro) This tool does maybe 50-60% of what I need for a service truck, not much better than cheaper WIFI/Bluetooth scanners. It might be good for DIYers, but probably too easy for most professionals. 1 year warranty (no problems) but support is located in China unlike the Launch USA distributor.
