This item is mostly deprecated (must be using Windows XP or WINDOWS 7 - Microsoft no longer supports these versions). It may or may not update correctly with Windows 10, resulting in codes not being properly diagnosed (wrong readings). When I contacted LAUNCH I was told that I would have to pay the tech support fee. I like that it has many features that others don't have at a very good price. This POS is not a product of Launch Tech USA, it is not even affiliated with Launch Tech. OK FYI this is the same model as the Launch USA devices. Same software, same function, no fake. The good news is that depending on the make and model of the car, it performs most or some of the claimed functions. It was updated with an older Win7 computer.
