Never sharpen - my favorite about the knife
I have a set of these knives that I've had for over a year. Unfortunately one was dropped and is missing it's point, but I still use it. I ordered a set for a friend and one of the knives was broken in the box. The company immediately sent me another set and I returned the broken one at no charge. Great company and great product.
- Ceramic knives also rarely need to be sharpened, meaning less trips to a professional sharpener
- The blades can become discolored after cutting certain foods
