Shell knives are weak.
Tried the fish fork and clam knife the same night they arrived. The red shell knife is very light, all plastic and didn't even last 5 minutes because the tip of the crab shell bent with snow. I don't expect them to last more than 3-4 crab nights. Steel cookware was very good and could last a lot longer.
