This is an amazing appliance. We use it almost every time we cook. On everything from frozen dumplings to steaks to ensure a safe and optimal temperature. Gone are the days of cutting chicken breasts into chunks to see if there was a raw pink color in the middle! Or digging through dirty kitchen drawers to find it; Love the fact that it attaches magnetically to our kitchen bucket for easy access. This digital reader is so much better than our old metal thermometer that never seemed to work properly. We tested its reading directly on ice cubes and it was perfect. But being able to recalibrate it again if needed is a really nice feature. We're glad we chose this brand at a great price from tons of other similar brands at Revain.
