Review on Closing Commander by Wayne Ohlrogge

We had an initial conversation over chat months prior when my husband was looking for help finding property management software that suited our needs perfectly! He found what he needed through Closincommander--a system designed specifically around his real estate investments. It allows him access anywhere there’s internet without needing any desktop training of computer basics because everything happens right within their main dashboard where they can view all details related to every transaction. A few extra features could have been added such as the ability to export transactions/reports into pdf format but this would only be minorly helpful since we're able to easily create those ourselves via excel spreadsheets anyways. Also I think the yearly cost should include some type of discount if paying by month rather than upfront so clients don't feel like its high compared to other options out there? Definitely look forward too using future services provided in regards to closing processes etceteras :) Having full transparency throughout each step along way has helped me stay organized so far!! It has been very helpful for our team as we have used this software daily since its inception! I love that they keep adding new features so often!! My only dislike would be if there was an easier way of creating multiple templates within one template instead having them all separate files/folders but thats just my opinion :) Great product overall. We use closing commander every day when sending out emails regarding pending sales etc..
