Great set for beginners.
Contains most of the tools needed to connect the fiber (excluding connectors). I feel like if he had a good pair of Kevlar scissors he would have it all. I ended up using pre-polished connectors (about $10-15 per connector) and it works great for that. Since this is my first time unplugging this kit, it worked like a champ. I would buy this again in a heartbeat.
