This gasket is too thick to fit properly in the solenoid groove. Before you can install the solenoid on the motor, it will start popping up. I tried and ended up losing oil. In fact, the seal has shifted and pinched a little. Take Dorman's block. It fits perfectly in the solenoid and you need it as screwing the solenoid back is kind of a blind thing. Haven't used any other pads.
