Lasted a few hours.At first I wanted to try it out drying pairs a few times. Rain boots, 8 inch boots, 6 inch boots, gloves. It did a wonderful job. I had to extend time for rain boots because they were very lightly damp. Overall, very happy so far.As for the gloves, they dried almost all the way, and I tried to dry it a bit longer, but from then on, the dryer makes a strange, loud noise, when before it was very quiet. It started to smell a bit like something melting, so I have not used it.Also, one of the shoe holders had some plastic chipped off.Maybe just a lemon. I hope to hear from the company soon. I wouldn't mind trying a replacement. I hope to update this review with a better rating.
