I first bought this product in February 2021. I like that it is small and compact. It is elegant and looks so cozy with a faux fireplace window. Heat output was good and warmed up my room well. The remote control is an added bonus so you don't have to get out of bed to set the temperature. After not using the device for several months over the summer, it was not working when I tried to use it last week. I wrote to the seller to see if there was a guarantee. The seller responded very quickly and quickly sent a replacement. + for customer service. Got a new device in the mail today, works great.
