Review on ๐Ÿ”‹ QUICKLYNKS BM2 Auto Battery Monitor - Bluetooth 4.0 12V Car Battery Tester by Jordan Epps

Maybe it's just me, I expected better.

My phone is running Android 4.4.4 and won't stay connected. I ended up uninstalling and reinstalling and that did the same thing. It connects, but once it disconnects you can never reconnect. You may see this on the app's Bluetooth screen, but when you return to the voltage test, it says Disable in red in the top right corner. Nothing I've done has made a difference. Last time my phone saw this it said it was 12.81v, 100% battery is fine. I downloaded the app to my tablet while I was home and it quickly showed it to be 12.79V, 49% Low Power. I went horseback riding. and it checked. After I came back he said it was 12.91v and low power. When I walked into my living room, it was Disconnected (instead of Disconnected. I hate that). I went back to the kitchen and it says 12.89v, 87% battery is fine. At least he reconnected. I thought the diagnosis might be a bit misleading. I am using the attached diagram. Updated 12/3/18. This connected fairly well to my Fire tablet. now it doesn't connect. The tablet sees it but when pairing it asks for pin 0000 and 1234 doesn't work. Clicking the "Connect" button at the top of the program doesn't work either. 4.12.18 No connection even after uninstalling and reinstalling on my phone and tablet (and lost all my data). Downgraded to one star, it's rubbish. It's cold, but I may have to uninstall and reinstall the hardware. The next step is the return. Has anyone found a better model?
