Great ERP Solution For Small Businesses
I like how easy it was to set up my account and get started using the program. The platform is very intuitive and the support team is always available if you have questions or concerns. It's not perfect but it gets the job done! I don't dislike anything about this product so far. I am still in the process of learning all of the features of the software. If you are looking for a simple way to manage your payer accounts, this might be the right solution for you. We are able to easily track our patient population and bill them for services provided.

- Customer service (customer success reps)are great!! They listen with their clients.
- Data management/tracking systemis fairly straightforward compared other platforms we've used before such as Powerchart which takes some trial & error getting data into specific locations within each charting module that should already exist from past experience at previous healthcare systems where everything they did
