Its Effective! for my opinion
Let's start with it is sturdy and well made. As you can see, I was able to get my kayaks above my garage door easily. I found the studs, hung the brackets, set the height from the ceiling, and I was finished. 25 mins tops. That said, with some measurements, I could have had this made for about $25 at a local muffler/weilding shop, a rattler of black paint, and a couple of pool noodles. Woulda taken all day, likely wouldn't look as nice, and if I'm honest, would have bene the wrong measurement somewhere. So I (happily) paid the $80
