It allows us to see what's working well and where there are opportunities for improvement in the portfolio. The reports are easy to understand and share, and the interface is intuitive. I wish it would be more robust with regards to tracking key performance indicators. This has been a great tool for keeping track of the health of the portfolio. With that said, I do not know how much this will help them in their day-to-day business. We have seen an increase in market demand, and we have also seen an decrease in vacancy rates across the portfolio.
