Well rounded construction management software

It allows us to see what's working well and where there are opportunities for improvement in the portfolio. The reports are easy to understand and share, and the interface is intuitive. I wish it would be more robust with regards to tracking key performance indicators. This has been a great tool for keeping track of the health of the portfolio. With that said, I do not know how much this will help them in their day-to-day business. We have seen an increase in market demand, and we have also…

RefinMe is awesome and best for leases of commercial property

The software does what it says in that provides accurate numbers to compare among properties within my office space; however there are some features I don't like very much such as not being able to print out specific reports or having issues saving documents when using multiple computers at once (sometimes one computer will save while other won’t). It also doesn‘ t have all available filters which would be nice sometimes but overall works great! Just try this program if looking into comparing…

Very useful software with various capabilities

I like that it allows me to quickly pull in all my property information and see what needs attention. It is very easy to use and has many different tools available. The interface could be improved by adding more colors and making some of the toolbars larger. I would recommend this product to anyone looking for a way to keep track of their properties.
