Possibly the worst design I've ever seen. The first thing you need to do is make an extra hole for one of the mounting screws. Easy enough if you have a wooden door, but if you have a metal frame, have fun. Then comes the real fun. The hole required for most latches is universal, but not this one. Have fun resizing an existing bolt hole, and if you have a metal frame, just start screaming. The person who installed mine is constantly replacing and installing stuff like this and was ready to give up. Finally, after more than an hour of work, everything is properly aligned and tight. (Still a little off). The only positive thing I can say is that programming was pretty easy. However, the manual makes no sense and may be gibberish as well. Save yourself some time and sanity and buy something that has been bought by over 200 people. (The Android app for this product has only been downloaded 217 times.) Overall it works, but to get the final product you need a strong will and a lot of powerful tools that are not included in your product.
