I love how easy it was to get started, my support agent was very helpful as well! It's super easy for me (as compared to other platforms)to build new bots/chatbots in just seconds - no coding or writing code required!! So far nothing really, they seem pretty reliable but only time will tell. Would definitely recommend this software if you're looking into creating your own chatbot. We are using Maya Chat Bots primarily because we want our clients to be able to easily create their first bot without having to hire expensive developers who have been doing it "the right way" since day 1 :) I like how easy it is to use, I was able to create my first chatbot in minutes. It's very intuitive. It has helped us increase our sales by about 10%. We have been using this product for almost two years, and we haven't had any issues. I would say that it's a great tool, but I believe it could be even better if they added more options, such as voice recognition, video recognition, etc. If you're looking for a simple solution, try maya.ai. It allows us to keep up with our customer service department.
