This is an exact replacement for the serpentine belt on my 2004 S 2000. Was able to replace son #1 using a second pair of hands without removing the airbox. Make sure you replace the strap on the stretch, not the outside. There is an indicator on the tensioner that shows my belt is nearing its limit after 11 years but only 14,000 miles. You can turn the spanner with a regular box wrench, but if your spanner is in good condition, it's hard on your hand. The trick is to put the belt on the bottom pulleys first and then up through the narrow channel formed by the idler pulley. My son held the belt by the lower pulleys, squeezed the idler and snapped the belt over the pulley ribs. Very quiet in operation, without squeaks and noises. As this was our first time it took about 15 minutes in total. This belt costs about 1/3 of the original belt in value. I've read posts on some blogs that dealers are offering $500 for parts and labor to replace this belt.
