With the trend for builders not to include any type of medicine cabinet or at-hand storage in new bathrooms, this type of storage rack/organizer is a definite necessity. It gathers up much of the odds and ends that otherwise clutter up the vanity space. While not providing the privacy of a medicine cabinet with door where more private items can be kept out of sight, this item at least does give some of those commonly used bathroom items a place that is organized and out of the way.The hanging box provides a convenient place for toothpaste tubes and the hooks on the other side can be used for any number of items. I have found them useful for razors and small scissors. Three hangers are provided but I could have used another one easily. The main shelf areas can accommodate a variety of items provided they are large enough to sit securely on the wire-type shelves. Smaller items (not uncommon in bathrooms) have to be given a separate storage bin of some sort in order to not be falling over and/or through the rack. This is probably the biggest disadvantage of this construction design.The rack is aesthetically pleasing and assembly takes little time. Getting the parts to stay together while getting them interconnected was slightly challenging but once accomplished, the rack was stable and even. The screw-in feet can be adjusted for any minor level adjustments.Overall, very satisfactory and makes a good-looking and functional addition to a bathroom vanity area.
