Wi-Fi shares half the speed of what you should be getting

We're paying for a minimum 400MB/s download with Comcast (Xfinity). Wi-Fi from this modem-router combo goes up to 190MB - very disappointing. A technician is coming this weekend to test and verify. Will be updated. How the hell does he have such good reviews? To update . As a result, I ordered another brand and returned the repaired unit with no problems. It must have been a fool.
