My $70 computer speakers I had a little over a year ago broke and cracked everywhere a few days ago so I bought these Bonks. Then I found another set for $4.33 that could ship the next day, so I bought that too. Bonks arrived today so I've tested both to see which is better and I'll keep in touch. Bonks loses by miles. The cable between the two speakers is shorter than the other product, so I can't separate them on either side of the chair behind me, and the sound is much worse. The other pair sounds great, the volume is turned up halfway, while the bonks don't even come close to that volume or sound quality even when cranked all the way up. If you watched the Bonk videos, the young man says the speakers are 10 watts each. You are not. The box they come in says they are 5 watts each. Since they're under $20, I'll keep them in reserve in case the best ones go bust, but I honestly don't understand how many others who have reviewed them are so enthusiastic about them. It's like they've never heard of a really good speaker system on their PC. I'm pretty sure I can't name any other better speakers, but again, they cost $4.33 more than the Bonks and they have cool looking round colored lights.
