They do their job, but you have to move slowly and use water to cool down.
They are great for what they are designed for. I used them for porcelain tiles. I started it in a drill press to start a groove (there's no center drill bit to hold on to). Then I put everything in the sink and the water dripped onto the drill as I slowly drilled the rest of the way. I'm not giving them 5 stars because of the missing center piece. I understand they are designed for a drill press, but most don't have water cooling.
Pros
- Diamond coated drill removes a full circle of glass, tile, marble, granite, ceramic etc.
Cons
- Questionable purchase for the elderly
