I like that it's free, easy to use, has good customer support (which is very quick), and can be used by individuals or companies alike! The only thing about this program which isn't great would have to do with some of their templates being difficult to personalize for your own needs/branding purposes.

But overall, not many complaints out there so far as using this product. It does what we need in terms of helping our clients stay protected from getting hacked while also allowing us to train them how to avoid falling victim themselves. We've had no problems at all since implementing Phishing Tackle into our practices! They are always available when needed too! Great service overall - highly recommended!! Nothing yet but happy customers who love having access to such an extensive resource without any cost attached!
