My first experience was with another brand which came with the kitchen unit about 10 years ago. I put it behind the sofa where it has lived and hasn't been opened in all these years. I got it and loved induction cooking. But enough for 3 applications. I tried to order the same 1 but it was out of stock in every store I checked so I ended up with this burner. Only stopped at this 1 because of the 18 month warranty. When it arrived I couldn't believe how heavy it was as I was only using the free one I had. I quickly saw the difference in a quality product. This burner was much better than the one I had, although the price was the same for each. My only complaint is that the instructions should be more detailed. Although I followed the directions, they didn't go far enough to tell me what to do or what to expect next. Otherwise, I highly recommend this burner. I registered it by email and didn't give full details of my purchase but received a personal email the next morning. I was impressed that it wasn't an email of any kind and someone actually read my email. I have no doubt that if I have problems, their CS will solve them quickly.
