Review on DPST 8Amp Latching Relay Module by Isaac Simpson

Revainrating 5 out of 5

Real latching relay

I just tested this guy and was surprised to see no quiescent current. It draws 5V with 0.05A when you press the set or reset button or momentarily touch the set or reset signal wire to ground, but if you like the 5V connected it draws nothing, or at least less than 0 .00 amps, which is least important Figure I can read on my PS and DMM. You can move the PSU completely and it will stay in the same condition. anything until a change is made, and 50mA of current for a brief moment doesn't matter if a change is made. Exactly what I needed! While I'm not a fan of pigtails, it's better than the cheap copies of Phoenix block connectors. I can solder and shrink it for a secure connection!
