Reliable Latching Relay for Industrial Use

Through trial and error I found that this relay module is a reliable solution for my industrial electrical needs. It's easy to install and has the added benefit of being latching, ensuring it stays on after power cycles. The construction is sturdy and built to withstand harsh environments .The only drawback is that it may require some basic knowledge of electrical wiring to PROPERLY use. Overall, I highly recommend this product for anyone in need of an efficient and reliable relay module..

Pros
  • Can be used for remote control applications without using a continuous power supply
Cons
  • Requires a specific input voltage to operate, limiting its versatility

Real latching relay

I just tested this guy and was surprised to see no quiescent current. It draws 5V with 0.05A when you press the set or reset button or momentarily touch the set or reset signal wire to ground, but if you like the 5V connected it draws nothing, or at least less than 0 .00 amps, which is least important Figure I can read on my PS and DMM. You can move the PSU completely and it will stay in the same condition. anything until a change is made, and 50mA of current for a brief moment doesn't matter…

Pros
  • Several competitors
Cons
  • unreliable
