Very thin, cheaply made. Maybe good for a cat or a chihuahua.
Just opened it up and was shocked at how thin and flimsy it is. Nylon looks much wider and stronger in the photos. It also gives the impression that it is a double layer of nylon sewn together. It's a sheet of thin, narrow nylon that looks more like a cat collar than a dog collar. I am 11-17 inches tall. A dog with a neck this size needs a stronger nylon, and it should be wider. The proportions do not match the photo. Not only that, but when the collar is set at say 16 inches, the proportions of the buckle and the thickness of the nylon differ greatly from the photos. This photo is very deceptive! Plus a cheap plastic D-ring. Chinese crap.
