All the ports I need are on my desktop and work great with Windows and Chromebooks.

This multiport hub is perfect for my desktop as it has all the ports I need for monitor, ethernet, keyboard, mouse and power. The metal body and braided cable feel more durable than other dongles I've used, and installation is plug-and-play. So far it works great on Chromebooks and Windows PCs that I've tried. Please note that this model has a USB-C port for power transfer, so you only need one available port on your laptop to take full advantage of this hub. be connected to electricity. It also has an additional USB-C port for data transfer (plus video, Ethernet, and USB-A).
