Integrated connections. Works perfect.
Worked great to bypass my old fridge's filter housing so I can put the built in filter under the sink. Fast connection. No leaks. Keep in mind that the connectors are built into the plastic case so if you intend to use them for connectors and o-rings they cannot be used.
