The software has been very helpful in our business of servicing vehicles. It helps us keep track of all parts we need for each vehicle serviced by giving easy access from anywhere at anytime with internet availability. I dislike how it sometimes freezes up when trying to use certain functions or navigate around some pages. We are able solve problems related to keeping tabs on part numbers being used as well as having quick reference guides available through intranet so employees can easily find what they need without looking online which saves time.
