The instructions are terrible, but it's actually quite easy! Check out the video I posted!

As everyone has written in other reviews, the instructions are terrible. After carefully reading all the reviews here, this is actually a very simple setup. I hope my photos and videos help everyone as it is very easy when all is said and done. Seems to be a pretty good system and rack so far. I will update the information as soon as I get a chance to install it on the roof and store my kayaks there. I have two 12 foot Old Towne Dirigo 120's. Will post more by the end of the week. Hope this helps everyone!
