made the job a lot easier. Didn't know this tool existed and cut the loom by hand. Not for those who haven't used this tool: you can route the wire harness down the middle of the cable, meaning there is no need to "thread" the end of the cable through this tool. What is not easy to see in the drawings is that the tool has a slot to insert the center of the cable into. no more sore fingertips. <grin>I converted 50ft + 3/4" TC in less than 4 minutes. Most of the time I struggled with twisting the loom once it was unrolled.
