First about the bad. The hoses are too short for most bathroom plumbing connections. If your water connections are less than 16 inches from the ground, they won't do. Either ditch the hoses and drop the price by about $10 or include 24-inch hoses so people don't call you. -1 star The manual is minimalist in case design and has two typos. In step 3, 12 dowels should be specified and in step 5, parts 15 and 16 are swapped. There are no installation instructions. - 1 star. Sink feet or leveling material not included. It just rests on top of the cabinet, and since it's an IKEA-style structure, it's essentially designed to wobble without having to go to a hardware store to fix it. -1 StarEdit: I later realized that if the overflow was filled with water, the brass threads that tighten the drain pipe would leak through the threads. The problem lies in the processing of threads on a brass fitting. It's so poorly made after you screw it onto the drain pipe that it wobbles up and down about 1/8 inch and light can be cast through the threads. After playing around with teflon tape and plumbing grease for 2 weeks, I finally replaced the drain with an American one from ace hardware and the problem was fixed immediately. But I'm leaving it at 2 stars as it seems they lowered the price by $25. You can bet it's overpriced by about $50-$100 for its quality and style, but I won't deduct stars for that as it includes shipping. .Now good quality PVC coating should make MDF durable. Great style and look plus soft closing hardware. The woman is very happy with it. +1 star. After the order was placed, it was shipped very quickly and arrived much earlier than expected. There was a lot of foam in the box to protect all parts from damage. These guys are well above average here. + 1 star. Starting with 3 stars, +2, -3 = 2 star rating. Seems harsh but I would say too many 5 star reviews and this is how we fix things. Overall, I would highly recommend this sink to anyone who enjoys doing minor plumbing jobs without a guide, leveling the sink and running to the gear. Shop to get a few things.
