It's so handy! They are thick and soft for comfort and support. I have extra pom poms so I have a choice of black and white and the lettering really lights up! The wheels are backlit for extra sparkle. I bought these for my daughter who is 17 and wears the same shoe size as me. I tried them on and fell in love, these skates are the best! When we go to the rink we usually wear women's sizes of 8 1/2 US, half sizes are not needed, so we took a size 9. A little room for toes, not tight at all, and the laces pull them on nicely. EXCELLENT PURCHASE!
