You got it half right

I hate 3 star reviews because I feel like they don't help at all to categorize a product as good or bad. However, I really don't have a choice here. Half of the things I received were perfect. The other half wouldn't accept the bolts without pushing them in (essentially tapping the bolts on the threads). I only needed about 25 of these so it wasn't really a problem for me. But if you need all of these parts for your project, you will probably run into problems. You can screw them in because brass is a lot softer than steel, but it's not necessary.
