Medium skin tight on a 5'7" 142 lb woman who usually wears a medium shirt and a 34B bra. It's not actually fleece. It's a type of material that's thicker than regular turtlenecks, but it is is nowhere near as good as fleece. It feels comfortable and isn't very thick. At the same time, it's warm. Machine wash and dry, then shrink a little. Go up a size if you don't want this shirt to be skin-tight is.

Pros

The simulated neck design is good for changing a woman's face shape, effectively enhancing the visual effect of the neck length. Protect lady's neck and look elegant. The flat seam inside makes the shirts smooth and seamless, more comfortable for your skin. Double seams on the sleeves and hem make the shirt hard-wearing. There is enough space in the armholes to stretch out your arms.
