Temporary Tattoo Makeup Review

My friend and I made a sleeve, cleaned our hands first and then applied it to our skin. I put water on it. I took it off as usual and started drying it with a hair dryer just to dry it faster. After it's completely dry, we sprinkle some baby powder on it. It will look weird at first, but after an hour or so it should be fine. It was very cool to try and were happy with the results. Gave us some good ideas for our actual tattoos. (:
